Overview

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions, one-time credit purchases, add-on packs, and other digital services purchased through MuseGen. Unless required by applicable law, expressly stated in a specific offer, or otherwise approved by MuseGen in writing, digital goods and digital services are generally non-refundable once delivered or made available.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period.
  • Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees already paid for the current billing period are generally not prorated or refunded.
  • If a refund is warranted because of duplicate charges, billing errors, system issues, or an offer that expressly allows refunds, MuseGen may process the refund after review.

One-Time Credits and Add-Ons

  • One-time credits, usage packs, add-on purchases, and other digital entitlements are generally non-refundable once successfully delivered or made available to your account.
  • If credits, usage allowances, or digital entitlements have been fully or partially used, they are generally not eligible for a refund.
  • For clarity, once credits are used for generation, export, processing, deduction, or any other actual consumption, MuseGen may treat the relevant digital service as having started or been performed.

Exceptions

You may contact MuseGen for review in the following situations:

  • duplicate charges or obvious billing errors;
  • payment completed but credits or services were not actually delivered because of a MuseGen technical issue;
  • a specific promotion, offer page, or written commitment expressly states that the order is refundable;
  • applicable law requires a refund.

Situations Generally Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • change of mind, no longer needing the service, or accidental purchases;
  • one-time credits, usage packs, or digital goods that were delivered and then fully or partially used;
  • issues caused by your own device, network, misuse, operating environment, or third-party platform restrictions;
  • service restrictions, suspensions, or terminations related to violations of the Terms of Service, abuse, fraud, or risk controls.

How To Request a Refund Review

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund review, contact [email protected] as soon as possible and include:

  • your account email;
  • order number or payment receipt;
  • payment date and amount;
  • a description of the issue and any relevant screenshots.

MuseGen will review the request within a reasonable time and may, depending on the circumstances, issue a refund, a partial refund, replacement credits, or another reasonable resolution.

Changes to This Policy

MuseGen may update this Refund Policy to reflect product changes, payment changes, legal requirements, or risk-control needs. The latest version will be posted on the website and will apply to new orders after the updated policy takes effect. Where required by law, we may also notify users by email or in-product notice.
